Wyndford is thrilled to announce our very first Guest Cooking Experience, and we’re kicking things off with flavour, fire, and a little culinary magic.
Join us this weekend, 17–18 May, as Chef Ronelle leads a hands-on journey along the legendary Spice Route – where history, culture, and cuisine all meet in the kitchen.

What you can expect: 
Start time: 9:00 AM sharp
Duration: 5 immersive hours
Cost: R750 per person (includes all food made during the class)
Spots available: Only 10 – no pressure, but they’ll go fast

What’s on the Menu – except the food : 
Think less lecture, more let’s get our hands dirty. You’ll dive into the fascinating world of spices – no fillers, no shortcuts, just real, robust flavour. You’ll grind, blend, chop, and sizzle your way through the session with Chef Ronelle by your side.

We’ll cook. We’ll laugh. We’ll eat. Together.
And you’ll head home with a full belly, a personalised recipe book, and spice blends you crafted yourself.
