Well January has come and gone already! We had some young at heart seniors join us for our special … with much hilarity in the dining room and the summerhouse… who said only kids were noisy…! We enjoyed having you – see below for our March Madness!
Molly and Sprocket had their first birthday and celebrated with bones so big anyone walking past would think that we had lions on the property! They continue to delight and have mastered most of the walks, even the twin bridges. Molly nearly did some bungee jumping off the second bridge but fortunately she did have strings attached! I have decided, that next time all the animals need grooming (namely the husky and three border collies…) that I will opt for the tortoise grooming position and let someone else tackle the long hair! (Note to self: next dog for Wyndford should be a short haired short legged miniature pup!)
Nthabiseng, or Victoria as she would be known to many, retired after 25 years at Wyndford. She is legendary for her linen and towel carrying ability. We also have three new staff members. David has had the steepest learning curve as he joined us as a horseman after being my Dad’s caregiver for the last 18 months! Lots of new skills to be learnt and… unfortunately he is also allergic to horsehair! We welcomed Nicky who has joined us in the office, delighted to have another Exley on staff (for those of you who remember Cathy).
Yay… there is a long weekend coming! Don’t miss out from 17 – 21st March – book soon to avoid disappointment.
Look out for March Madness… seniors 50% discount – arrive Sunday 12 depart Friday 17th March – and yes, you do have to be over 60!
Share with family and friends then give us a call now on 058-2230274 or email the girls in the office on email@example.com
Starting the year off well will be our monthly draw winner Glenda Alder. Congratulations, we look forward to welcoming you to Wyndford for your two night stay out of season.
Greetings from us all at Wyndford and well.. I can never resist showing you our blooming good roses!
